Course Overview

Neuro-Linguistic Programming explores the fundamental relationship between the mind and language, and how their interplay affects behaviour.  This NLP course is aimed specifically for personnel working in the medical profession to help them communicate more effectively, particularly in volatile situations.  Delegates will be taught to identify challenging behaviour in themselves and others and how they can respond to and deal with this.  During the course, delegates will learn to think more clearly and exert greater control over their moods and behaviours.  They will be given the skills, motivation and confidence to achieve more in their personal and work lives.

Course Aims

• Help delegates understand how language impacts directly on behaviour
• Give them the necessary skills to use NLP interventions to improve their communications with others as well as their personal motivation
