Using effective communications to resolve conflict
Brooks Jordan offers two courses in Communications Skills. Our general course is open to anyone who would like an in-depth knowledge of how communication is used to manage conflict.
Our Neuro-Linguistic Programming course is aimed at enforcement personnel that are involved in handling volatile or high-risk situations. The course teaches advanced techniques for using communication and language to successfully influence challenging behaviour.
