Course Overview

This one-day personal safety & conflict management training course is designed for public and private sector employers who want their staff to obtain a thorough grounding in the principles of personal safety and conflict resolution as well as how to minimise the risks of working alone.  The course is competency-based and follows a syllabus set by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).  Brooks Jordan delivers the course over a single day, concluding with a multiple choice assessment questionnaire. Delegates that achieve the required pass rate will be awarded a CIEH Level 2 Award in Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety certificate.

This nationally accredited course combines training on  Personal Safety / Conflict Resolution &  simple Disengagement / Breakaway skills in just one day.  The course represents excellent value and is ideal for inclusion in an induction programme.
